• Hosted Events:  Events The Armstrong manages the ticketing for. For these events you can manage your event online utilising the links sent to you when you booked. This includes requesting cancellations and exchanges or we can help online or over the phone.

  • To cancel or exchange your booking: click the manage my bookings link you received in your booking confirmation. Enter your details to receive a secure link. With that link you will have options to refund or exchange your booking immediately.

    
    

• Externally Ticketed Events:  Events where the hirer is managing their own ticketing. For these events we are unable to assist with any ticketing enquiries. Our contact form will automatically send your message to the relevant promoter.

Venue Hire - Pricing, Availability & Requests

All of our hire pricing and availability is available within our Online booking request system. Please submit hire booking requests using this system to ensure we assist you as quickly as possible.

Our Hire Terms, Technical Facilities and other information is also available at the bottom of all pages of our bookings system.
