The entire project to restore the old Armstrong Hall Complex will cost a total of £2.6 million.

Of this, £1.5m has already been raised. It is being used to repair the roof of the Cossham Hall and to redesign and refurbish the Foyer to the latest standards, with improved thermal insulation and environmentally sustainable heating.

 

We need a further £1.1 million to get the main hall, now renamed the Lansdown Hall, back in use. Funds are needed for:

• New flooring

• Roof insulation

• Environmentally friendly heating

• Safer access to the technical box

• Improved dressing rooms

• Improved technical provision

 
If everybody interested contributes even a small sum, according to their means, we will be able to show bigger funders how many people care about this venue.  This will incline them to provide us with grants: they will see that their money won’t be wasted.
